The starting price of a Sublime Home is dependant on the community in which you would like to live as well as if the home is a ranch, two-story or a home that offers a first-floor master suite. A home and lot package for a Sublime built home will start at $529,900.
The starting price of a Custom Designed and Built Sublime Home starts in the mid $700,000s to $1,000,000 +.
Our Pre-Construction Process ranges anywhere from 4 months for a semi-custom home to 6 months for a custom design and built home. The time it takes to build a Sublime Home will vary based on size and finishes used in the home, plan for 7-10 months from the date we break ground on your home.

Many people that are interested in building a home think they should start with the plan first. We disagree, finding a trusted builder that can help you navigate finding an appropriate lot, that works with your investment range then starting to design a floor plan around the home that would fit on the lot as well as stay within your investment range would be the next step. Many prospective clients come to us, after they have designed a plan, which typically is already over the intended investment range and they have not found a place to build this plan.
If you purchase a lot directly from Sublime to build your home, Sublime Homes has the ability to carry the construction loan, if needed. We also have an in-house lending department, Sublime Financial, that can help with the construction and end loan. In addition to our in-house lending, Sublime Financial, we also work with a local bank that can assist with building on your own lot financing, construction and end loans too. Many of our clients are cash buyers too. Our Sales Director can work with you to direct you to the best financial advisor for your new home purchase.
