How are you spending your 2015 Thanksgiving? If you are not so sure on what to do, I may have a few Sublime recommendations! Here is a step by step, “tentative itinerary” for your 2015 Thanksgiving. Shall we?
Thanks. Food. Family & Friends. Football. Relax
"Thanks" giving: Let’s not forget that tis’ the season to be grateful. Although, I personally believe that we should always be grateful, regardless of the time of the year. I once heard these so very powerful words and it always resonates in my mind.
“Be thankful for what you have, for what you don’t have and what was taken away from you”. –Anonymous
I have learned to appreciate each one as it shows up in life as well as to be grateful for each one (even when it is hard to take in). So let’s take this special day to celebrate our many fortunes and give thanks!
Food: Cooking Thanksgiving Dinner! Ohh the struggles,… Not having enough space in the refrigerator for all those wonderful meals to store before and after, having to wait hours before you throw in dessert in the oven, etc. etc. Will everything be cooked on time?
Sublime Homes has that covered! Check out the all fridge and freezer, the double oven, and the cook top (to name a few, everything that you need to simplify your Thanksgiving adventure!). Check out this Sublime kitchen!
Cooktop: The professionally inspired 36” Stainless Steel Gas Cooktop has continuous grates which makes it a breeze for all the Thanksgiving chefs to move the heavy pots and pans between burners. Not to mention that the low simmer will be perfect to make the gravy for its main attraction, aka Da Bird! Or you know, unless you opt to make something else (like tamales, as my mother would) then there is more than enough room to place that pot and others.
Double Wall Oven: Did we mention that you can bake double the deliciousness with the double equal sized and equal cooking performances. It will permit the power and speed to cook the meals at different temperatures and get those meals to the dinner table as scheduled.
Fridge: You will have plenty of room for leftovers in your Professional Stainless Steel All Refrigerator. This machine is designed for space optimization including SpacePro™ Door Bins, SpacePro™ Crisper Bins, SpacePro™ Full-Width Drawer. And, most importantly those leftovers will taste fresh after the feast with the PureAir Ultra® Filtration system. Which removes up to 7 times more odor than baking soda to keep ingredients tasting fresh.
Fully Integrated Dishwasher: So the cooking is all done, everyone has had their delicious feast. Oh the dreaded cleaning afterwards!! No worries,.. This heavy duty Bosch dishwasher features a removable silverware basket which can be placed anywhere in the dishwasher, which will add space for even those big turkey platters.
At the end of the day, the goal is to end with a wonderful bird like this one and to enjoy it with Friends and Family!
Football: 2015’s Thanksgiving NFL Schedule. After all that hard work cooking and eating that delicious meal, it'll be great to just sit back, relax and watch some football!
Have I mentioned the last game? Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers!!!
Fingers crossed that all Bears fan’s do not end up like this,……
(If so, I guess there is always next year, right?)
Sublime Team: First off, the Sublime team wants everyone to know that we are truly grateful for every single one of you!
Secondly, how will the Sublime team spend 2015 Thanksgiving? The team will be spending some time with friends and family as well as some other activities to enjoy the day. Some teammates may go for the double-duty feastravaganza: lunch with hers and dinner with his (or vice versa). One may do a little duck hunting (can you guess which one?). I on the other hand, will be spending my Thanksgiving evening at the O’Hare airport having an Al’s Beef Italian Sandwich (and who knows, maybe a cold one too) and getting mentally prepared for a long flight. This gal is off to a European vacation,… stay tuned for the next blog and read all about it.
Again, Sublime wishes everyone a very happy and safe Thanksgiving!!!
