When the owners of Sublime Homes chose a name for their company, it had to simply characterize their vision.
“We strive to build every home with such excellence and beauty as to inspire great admiration or awe,” said co-owner Brandon Raimondi. “Not only from the beauty and quality of the home, but also from capturing the clients’ personality throughout the design.”
Sublime Homes is the ultimate culmination of dreams. Builder Michael Graniczny, Designer Jacklyn Graniczny, and Financier Brandon Raimondi each brought their own vision of the perfect home experience, and used their synergy to form a company that makes the process a joyful experience.
“We want our customers to enjoy the entire process,” Michael said. “We never want them to feel it’s an arduous process. Having their home built should be an experience they relish.”
Each of the owners brings their personal brand of expertise to the process. Michael began to building when he was ten years old, working at his father’s side. He honed his skills over the years, and earned a 2015 Professional Builder award as a top 40 under 40 builder. “I’ve always loved to build, so this was a natural progression for me,” he explained. “It’s an honor to be able to transform a clients’ dream into reality.”
His sister, Jacklyn, graduated from the renowned International Academy of Design and Technology. After designing in San Francisco for many years, she returned to the region to become a partner in Sublime Homes. “Orchestrating the interior design of a home with a client is a very gratifying experience,” she said. “It provides an opportunity to translate their personality into their daily living space.”
Brandon is the financial expert. He’s also a cousin to Michael and Jacklyn. He works with his team to keep clients educated on the financial impacts of build choices, helping them stay within budget and maximize the value they receive for their investment.
“I love being responsive to the client’s needs, and having this financial data keeps them informed on what they can and cannot afford early in the process,” he said. “We never want a client to feel unsure about their investment.”
The three family members strive to incorporate their family values and spirituality into each home that they design and build.
“My dad taught me to make sure I was proud of the quality I put into each project,” Michael said. “When I see a client five years down the road, they will be happy to see me.”
Brandon knows firsthand the painful experience of buying a ‘money pit’. The lessons learned at a young age helped form the vision for the company. “If we’re going to build in God’s garden, we’re going to add beauty to be proud of,” he said.
